ORGANIZATION ENGINEERING: TWO WORDS WITH VERY DIFFERENT MEANINGS.

These two words (Organization & Engineering) have different meanings: Organization as defined by Princeton: a group of people who work together. Engineering as defined by Princeton: the discipline dealing with the art or science of applying scientific knowledge to practical problems. If OA-OE.COM combines these two definitions then Organization Engineering could be defined as: the discipline dealing with the art or science of applying scientific knowledge to practical problems for groups of people who work together.

We will accept this over simplified definition of organization engineering and allow the content assembled in this section to help define it further. Beginning with the following video from the university of Buffalo's video definition of engineering.
